This Privacy Policy explains how GenTekk Solutions LLC collects, uses, discloses, and retains information in connection with the Echoes Radio mobile application.

GenTekk Solutions LLC (“GenTekk,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) provides the Echoes Radio mobile application (the “App”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and retain information when you use the App.

2. Scope of This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies only to information collected through the Echoes Radio mobile application and related backend services that support the public broadcast service made available through the App, including related features and functionality provided within the App.

This Privacy Policy does not apply to third-party websites, services, or applications that may be linked from the App or used by the App, including music, app store, notification, hosting, analytics, or cloud service providers. Those third parties may have their own privacy policies.

3. Information We Collect

We collect limited information from your device and your use of the App to operate, maintain, and improve the App and related services.

A. Information Collected Automatically
When you use the App, we may collect:

  • IP address
  • installation ID generated by the App
  • device model and device name
  • mobile operating system and version
  • app version and build number
  • platform type, such as iOS or Android
  • locale, language, region, and time zone
  • notification permission status
  • app session events
  • playback activity events
  • technical, diagnostic, and performance information generated when the App communicates with our backend, broadcast, and notification services

B. Push Notification Information
If you enable notifications, we may collect and store:

  • push notification token
  • platform and push delivery provider information
  • app and device metadata needed to register and manage notification delivery

C. Feedback and Support Information
If you submit feedback, bug reports, or support requests through the App, we may collect:

  • the content of your submission
  • device, app version, and technical context associated with the submission
  • attachments you choose to provide

D. Sponsor Link Information
If you interact with sponsor content in the App, we may collect information about sponsor-link activity, including link tap events and related attribution parameters indicating that the link was opened from the Echoes Radio app. Sponsor links may open third-party websites or services outside the App.

E. Information We Do Not Intend to Collect
The App is not designed to collect sensitive personal data such as government ID numbers, financial account or payment credentials, health information, biometric information, contact lists, or the contents of your personal communications.

The App is also not designed to use Advertising ID for ad targeting.

4. How We Use Information

We may use collected information to:

  • provide audio broadcast and related app functionality
  • operate, maintain, monitor, and improve the App and related services
  • register and manage app installations
  • measure app usage and listener engagement
  • understand playback reliability and app performance
  • diagnose bugs, crashes, and service issues
  • provide push notifications if you enable them
  • measure sponsor-link activity and attribution
  • process and respond to feedback or support requests
  • protect the security, integrity, and availability of the App and our systems
  • detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, misuse, and unauthorized access

5. How We Share Information

We do not sell personal information.

We may share information in the following circumstances:

A. Service Providers

We may share information with hosting providers, infrastructure providers, notification providers, storage providers, analytics providers, and other service providers that perform services on our behalf and are authorized to process information only as needed to provide those services.

If you interact with sponsor links in the App, including links containing attribution parameters indicating that the link came from the Echoes Radio app, the third-party destination may receive those parameters as part of the link.

B. Legal Compliance and Protection

We may disclose information if we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to:

  • comply with applicable law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request
  • enforce our agreements, policies, or terms
  • protect the rights, property, or safety of GenTekk, our users, or others
  • detect, prevent, or address fraud, abuse, security, or technical issues

C. Business Transfers

If GenTekk is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, asset sale, or similar transaction, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to applicable law.

6. Third-Party Services

The App relies on third-party services that help us operate, secure, and deliver the App. These services may process technical information as needed to provide their services.

Our third-party service providers include:

  • Apple, for iOS platform services, App Store distribution, and Apple Push Notification service
  • Google, for Android platform services, Google Play distribution, and Firebase Cloud Messaging
  • Expo, for mobile app services and push notification support
  • Google Cloud, for hosting, infrastructure, data storage, and related operational services

These third-party services operate under their own terms and privacy policies and may process information on our behalf as needed to provide their services.

7. Data Retention

We retain information only for as long as needed to operate the App and fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including to:

  • provide, maintain, and improve the App
  • operate analytics, diagnostics, and service monitoring
  • investigate incidents, errors, abuse, and support requests
  • manage notification delivery and related technical records
  • comply with legal, regulatory, tax, accounting, and security obligations

The App is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
